Terms of service

- All sales are final, there are no refunds/exchanges/returns once you commit to your purchase. However, refer to the refund policy if you have any issues regarding specifically lost/damaged/missing items. Any unpaid invoices after 48 hours without any communication are subject to the whole basket being forfeited and being blocked from shopping with us in the future.

- We are located in and ship out of Western NY. Once your package is in possession of the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for any discrepancies with the package. There is insurance on all USPS packages of up to $100 in the case of any damage ensued from the post office. We are not liable for any stolen packages. We take pride in using high quality packing materials, and taking the time/effort into hand packing every order with love and care, as well as including multiple fragile stickers around the box. We package every order to be in the best condition possible for its safe arrival to you.
