Shipping policy

We ship out of Western NY through USPS/UPS. Depending on where you live, our processing/shipping time can be anywhere from 3-14 days to arrive for U.S customers, or 7-21 days to arrive for international customers. You will receive tracking info via the email you provided at checkout once the order has shipped.

If you have an OPEN BOX, your package will not ship until you request for your box to be closed, and pay any remaining shipping charges due. 

An OPEN BOX is when you still pay any of your order invoices within the 48 hour due date, however you do not pay shipping upfront. We then store your order(s) until you request to ship them all out, and charge the shipping costs due for all orders going out in one package. If you are owed back any excess shipping costs paid, you will be refunded back to the original payment method used.
